Veal Agnolotti with Herbs and White Truffle – Recipe
Main Ingredient:
White Truffle
Ingredients:
Veal Agnolotti: 20 each
White Truffle: 3 oz
Butter: 4 oz
Extra Virgin Olive Oil: 3 fl. Oz
Garlic (crushed): 1 clove
Sage (finely chopped): 4 leafs
Chives: (chopped): 4 leafs
Salt and Pepper: to taste
Cooking Instructions:
Cooking Time 8 minutes
In a sauté pan add the olive oil and butter. Heat it up and add the garlic and sage. Let it cook until it browns. Add salt and pepper.
In salted boiling water cook the veal agnolotti. If cooked frozen until they float on top (3 to 4 minute).
Strain the pasta and add it in the sauté pan and toss together. Sprinkle the chives on top and toss one more time.
Serve the veal agnolotti in a plate and add the shaved truffle on top.
