Description

The first Italian delicatessen (salumeria) of its kind in Los Angeles, NORCINO SALUMERIA boasts an impressive assortment of 30 kinds of cheeses, fine Italian condiments, and wine and beer that are meticulously selected to complement the featured artisan cured meats (salumi). 
All Affettati are authentically presented on an open-faced sandwich or on a tasting platter.

New to the salumeria experience? May we suggest Piero’s Favorite salumi platter:Two types of aged prosciutto, soppressata, three types of salamis, served with parmigiano reggiano, burrata, truffled castelmagno, the appropriate condiments, an array of chutney and nuts all accompanied by a glass of lambrusco or prosecco.

Snack-In is an interactive experience as you hand-select your favorite salumi to pair with delicious selections from the well-appointed cheese bar. 
Taking-Out enables you to enjoy these culinary delights in the comfort of your home or office.
