I'm a regular Wynn customer, and saw Ms. Richard's video on youtube of her Honey Mint Cooler, which I tried on my next visit. Outstanding. It led me to search all her videos for all her creations. What's impressive is that her sense of responsibility for creating something not only original, but delicious, is what you see when you watch her work. Her love of what she does is in every cocktail she creates.
