Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts skin less and bone less
4 baby heads of romaine lettuce
1 cup Caesar dressing
16 parmigiano crusted country bread croutons
2 tbsp parmigiano shavings
2 tbsp chopped chives
Cooking Instructions:
- sear chicken breast to a golden color, place in an 350 degree oven and cook till the core temperature has reached 165 degree f.,
- cut romaine in 6” strips, dress with Caesar dressing.
- slice chicken in thin strips
- layer salad by alternating with lettuce, chicken, croutons for several times.
- Finish with parmigiano shavings and chives over the top.
