Chicken Caesar Salad

Chicken Caesar Salad

Main Ingredient:



4 chicken breasts skin less and bone less

4 baby heads of romaine lettuce

1 cup Caesar dressing

16 parmigiano crusted country bread croutons

2 tbsp parmigiano shavings

2 tbsp chopped chives

Cooking Instructions:

  1. sear chicken breast to a golden color, place in an 350 degree oven and cook till the core temperature has reached 165 degree f.,
  2. cut romaine in 6” strips, dress with Caesar dressing.
  3. slice chicken in thin strips
  4. layer salad by alternating with lettuce, chicken, croutons for several times.
  5. Finish with parmigiano shavings and chives over the top.
