Pear Mule Cocktail
Main Ingredient:
Rum
Ingredients:
1 oz. Zacapa 23 yr Rum
1 oz. Mathilde Pear Liqueur
1/2 oz. Freshly Squeezed & Strained Lemon Juice
4 ½ oz. Gosling’s Bermuda Ginger Beer
Cooking Instructions:
Method: Combine the first three ingredients into a mixing glass and shake lightly with ice to combine. Add ginger beer. Gently stir to combine. Strain over fresh ice into a highball glass. Garnish. Serve.
Garnish: A mint top and/or a thin pear slice
