French 75 (Cognac)

Main Ingredient:

Cognac

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Cognac
1 oz Lemon juice
1 tsp Sugar
6 oz Champagne

Cooking Instructions:

Combine cognac, sugar and lemon juice in shaker. Add ice and shake till chilled. Pour into champagne flute. Pour champagne over cognac concotion. Garnish with lemon curl.
