Want To Dine Like Frank Sinatra?

If you are a fan of Ol’ Blue Eyes then dinning in the Sinatra restaurant in Las Vegas is a real treat.

Located in the new signature resort, Encore a part of the Wynn collection Sinatra pays homage to the famous actor and singer in true style. This is the only restaurant ever to have been sanctioned by the Sinatra family to use his name, and you can bet if he were still around he would really dig this place too.

Perhaps there was no one better than Steve Wynn to put together this tribute to the star who said the time he knew and spent with Frank were the most glorious years that still light up his days when he recalls them. There is certainly no better resort on earth for it. The Encore resort has more Forbes 5 star awards than any other casino, hotel resort in the world. This is truly the lap of luxury and style and a place anyone would be proud to have a restaurant in their name.

Executive Chef Theo Schoenegger of Sinatra combines classic Italian cooking with the charisma of Sinatra for an incredible menu that was created in honor of the restaurant’s namesake and is an excellent treat. After working in a string of successful restaurants around the world from Germany to Palm Beach, Florida and Los Angeles, Italian born Chef Theo Schoenegger brought his amazing culinary talents to this world class Vegas venue. Schoennegger is most famous around the globe for his use of seasonal, fresh farmer’s market ingredients that ensure superb taste and a mouthwatering dinning experience the way food was really meant to be enjoyed. A sampling of the marvelous menu at Sinatra includes Maine lobster, New York strip steak, cioppino, and the legendary ossobucco ‘My Way’. Desserts at this premium Las Vegas restaurant include lemon ricotta cheesecake and a selection of daily homemade Italian ice creams and sorbets. You can even choose to dine at the Theo Schoenegger’s chef’s table where he will prepare a special hand crafted menu to your tastes and help you choose the perfect wine to accompany it from the restaurant’s over 500 bottles.

Don’t worry if wine isn’t your thing, you certainly won’t be going thirsty. In fact Wynn’s Property Mixologist Patricia Richards has designed a cocktail menu especially for Sinatra including the triple layered Tiramisu. However if you can’t getaway for a weekend at the Wynn right now you can still find a taste of Chef Theo Schoenegger’s cooking at FoodEnquirer.com where he can be seen in action putting together some incredible Itlian dishes from crispy guinea hen to Maine lobster salad.
